Welcome to SMARTDEV, a website that sells mobile data recharges, broadband recharges, and electricity. Payments are done via mobile money and debit cards.

Eligibility

To use the SMARTDEV website, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

You must also have a valid mobile money account or debit card.

Services

SMARTDEV provides mobile data recharges, broadband recharges, and electricity.

To purchase a recharge, you must select the desired service, enter your mobile phone number or broadband account number, and select the amount of the recharge.

You will then be prompted to enter your mobile money or debit card information.

Once your payment has been processed, your recharge will be applied immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if the recharge has not been applied to your mobile phone number or broadband account.

To request a refund, you must contact SMARTDEV customer support within 24 hours of making the purchase.

Privacy

SMARTDEV **does not collect or store your name** or credit card details.

SMARTDEV only collects and stores the information necessary to process your recharges, such as your mobile phone number or broadband account number and the amount of the recharge.

SMARTDEV uses this information to provide you with the services you have requested and to communicate with you about your account.

SMARTDEV will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.

Additional Terms

• All recharges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• SMARTDEV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms and conditions.
• You agree to indemnify and hold SMARTDEV harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the SMARTDEV website or the services it provides.

Debit Card Processing

SMARTDEV does not process debit card payments directly. Instead, all debit card payments are processed by a secure third party website.

This third party website is PCI DSS compliant, which means that it meets the highest standards of security for processing credit and debit card payments.

SMARTDEV does not have access to your debit card information and does not store it on its servers.
